Venessa Rayner-Green is a warm, professional Holistic Beauty/Massage Therapist, Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master and Sound Healing Practitioner with over 30 years of experience.

Venessa's journey has included working aboard luxury cruise ships, offering treatments to guests from around the world and include work in Byron Bay and Sydney, Australia, before returning to England.  Venessa also completed various training courses in Ayurvedic Massage, Reiki, and Yoga during her many trips to India before returning in 2005 to establish her own practice which is now based in Suffolk.

Throughout her career, Venessa has worked in day spas, beauty salons, and complementary health centres. Venessa brings over 15 years of yoga teaching experience, offering group classes, private tuition, and home visits across Suffolk. Venessa also offers ​Time for you, Relaxing Treatments at
Unit 21 Redhouse Yards surrounded by Thornham Walks, (off A140 near Eye).

Venessa’s approach blends Eastern and Western techniques, tailored to each client’s unique needs and treatments leave people feeling nurtured, restored, and deeply relaxed.

Most recently, Venessa completed further training and is now a certified Sound Healing Practitioner offering regular Sound bath/Gong and Relaxation evenings on the 4th Saturday of every month plus twice yearly events fusing Yoga and Sound baths.  Events generally held at Occold Village Hall near Eye in Suffolk.  (Contact for more details)
